Integrating Google+ into a Public Library

Google+ is full of so many amazing, free features that I know it would  be beneficial in a public library environment and could create and foster community. Did I mention that it’s free? Free?! Please read about the different features of Google+ here: (Click on the screenshot.)

Classes and reference interviews can be held via Chat or Google Hangout. Communities can be made that are of interest to the local patrons and those that don’t make it to the physical library. The opportunities are only limited to your imagination or comfort with the technology.
